We’ve been remodeling our home and creating our little farm since we moved here in 2007, it’s home to our family of 5, plus our furry family members: 4 dogs, 1 horse, a barn cat, chickens and the goat herd. We often see wildlife living nearby like owls, hawks, coyotes, deer and elk.

The Mima Mounds Preserve is a fun place to visit especially in the spring when the purple camas flowers are blooming. Capitol State Forest provides outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking, trail riding.
